- Human Resource Coordinator
Description
Works with international applicants and housing accommodations, communicates with housing coordinator on maintaining housing standards, handles training data and safety compliance reports, daily assistance with the Team Member Services functions, such as pass processing, nametags, coordinates winter and summer team member uniform purchases and invoices, assists with benefits upkeep, assists with team member onboarding tasks, keys distribution, assist with team member events and training set up, Share Point daily updates, coordinate newsletter, update HR stats and surveys. Produce reports from systems as needed. Job share with HR team. All other HR related duties as assigned by the VP of Human Resources, including but not limited to Guest Service, reception, responding to internal and external requests for information, clerical administration, special projects, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative and support functions as needed.
Team Member Services:
Contributes to the fulfillment of the Team Member services office. This includes processing nametags, vouchers and liability forms.
Worker’ Compensation Administration:
Administer the Company’s safety and workers’ compensation insurance program. Participate in Loon’s Team Member Education Safety Committee. Prepare accurate information for worker’s comp and safety reporting. Update safety agendas and safety materials and trainings.
Team Member Uniform Process:
Coordinate the administration of the company uniform ordering process and work with the company purchaser on reconciliation.
Requirements
Strong excel and Microsoft office skills required. Must have prior administrative and organizational skills. Previous HR experience preferred. Guest Service skills needed.
