Description
Leading recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, offer letters, scheduling onboarding tasks and new hire orientation.
Facilitating pre-employment requirements (Background checks, I-9’s, E-Verify and more…)
HRIS/ATS experience preferred (Relias and ADP)
Managing the employee benefit program and assisting employees with inquiries.
Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Coordinating training guidelines for employees through an electronic system.
Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handling employee relations matters and addressing employee queries or concerns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
