Almost 60 years ago, YRMC’s service to this community began with a steadfast focus on caring for the people who live, work and visit our area.
Today, we’re proud to be a strong hospital, from our quality and patient satisfaction scores to employee engagement and improving the health of our community.
This past spring, the YRMC Board of Directors began work to establish a thoughtful, deliberate plan to move YRMC forward – in a way that honors our past, protects what we have today and charts a path forward to secure the brightest possible healthcare future for Yuma.
Guided by our mission and a desire to do what’s best for Yuma, the Board decided to smartly grow YRMC so that we can continue meeting the healthcare needs of Yuma for generations to come. One option for YRMC’s growth involves exploring the potential of a partnership with one or more like-minded healthcare organizations, and the Board has decided to take the next step to further evaluate that growth option in more detail.
