Company History
The United Nations International School (UNIS) was established in 1947 to provide an international education for children of UN staff. It has grown to a K-12 school with 2 campuses and over 1500 students from over 120 countries. The mission of UNIS is to provide an international education that emphasizes academic excellence within a caring community. The school promotes the appreciation of the diversity of persons and cultures, provides an optimal environment for learning and teaching, and offers a global curriculum that inspires in its students the spirit and ideals of the United Nations Charter.
