Company Overview

The Transitional Learning Center (TLC) is a comprehensive, post-acute brain injury rehabilitation program with facilities in Galveston and Lubbock, Texas. It was established in 1982 and has operated continuously since that time, providing in-patient and out-patient services to adult survivors of acquired brain injury. The clinical program provides integrated cognitive, behavioral, physical, living skills, and vocational rehabilitation services. TLC also operates TideWay on Galveston Island, a long term care facility for clients no longer able to live independently.
