Company Profile

The Trade Desk
Company Overview
The Trade Desk is the fastest-growing RTB platform for a reason – its people. In each of our offices, our team works with a relaxed intensity. We’re bringing a level of sophistication to online advertising that has only been seen previously in the financial markets.
We have a rock-solid background in the RTB industry; our CEO, Jeff Green, founded AdECN, the first online ad exchange, which sold to Microsoft in 2007. Our media traders have degrees in economics and statistics from universities such as the University of Chicago, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard and the University of Virginia. Our sales and accounts teams have managed clients, marketing strategy, and advertising campaigns at companies such as JWT, WebMD, DoubleVerify, Bain & Company, and Microsoft.
Our technology team is extremely agile and fast-moving. Our talented team of engineers ships product weekly.
We are looking for people who get excited about building something that’s literally never existed before. We want employees who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and savor the challenge of being involved with a company early enough that they get to influence decisions and strategy.
