We are currently searching for lead Senior Human Resources Business Partners. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner supporting senior line leaders and their teams through understanding desired business outcomes required at a tactical and strategic level. The HR Business Partner will provide advice, guidance and support to leadership in the implementation and delivery of HR programs and the optimization of organizational effectiveness. In order to be effective, the Senior HR Business Partner must thoroughly understand their client group's strategic priorities, the business imperatives, and customers business.
