Denver Springs will transform the delivery of behavioral health services and solve the largest healthcare challenge of our generation, the lack of access to quality care for mental illness and addiction. We will:

Company History
History
2010
Springstone is founded by a team of experienced health care leaders with a mission of Changing People’s Lives®.
The company purchases a newly constructed behavioral hospital and outpatient location in Evansville, IN.
2011
Springstone develops its state-of-the-art model and begins construction in three markets.
2012
Springstone opens hospitals and outpatient locations in Carrollton, TX; Lafayette, IN; and Dublin, OH.
2013
Springstone opens a hospital and outpatient location in Cincinnati, OH.
2014
Springstone becomes a core sponsor of the Jason Foundation, which is dedicated to preventing youth suicide through education and awareness programs.
Hospitals and outpatient locations are opened in Ft. Worth, TX; Austin, TX; and Houston, TX.
2015
Springstone partners with University Hospitals Health System, a renowned integrated delivery system in Cleveland, OH, to bring high quality behavioral health care access to the region with Springstone’s Cleveland hospital and outpatient location.
Springstone opens a hospital and outpatient location in Kansas City, KS.
Innovations outpatient location for child/adolescent treatment programs opens in Ft. Worth, TX and Changes® outpatient location opens in Plano, TX.
2016
Springstone opens a hospital and outpatient location in Phoenix, AZ.
Jeremy Musher, MD, nationally recognized psychiatrist, joins Springstone as Chief Medical Officer.
Springstone launches tele-assessment and tele-mobile initiatives in numerous markets. Springstone scales its progressive child/adolescent outpatient programs in multiple markets, including a second Innovations location in Ft. Worth.
2017
Springstone opens hospitals and outpatient locations in Oklahoma City, OK; Columbus, OH; and Denver, CO.
Springstone develops relationships with ACOs in numerous markets to coordinate care and improve access to behavioral health services.
Changes® outpatient locations open in Houston, TX; Dublin, OH; Dayton, OH; and Frisco, TX.
2018
Springstone opened hospitals and outpatient locations in Raleigh, NC; The Woodlands (Houston), TX; and Vancouver, WA.
Changes® outpatient locations open in Lafayette, IN and Pickerington (Columbus), OH.
A Changes® outpatient location, a joint venture with Premier ACO, opens in McKinney, TX.
Alpine Health opens in Lafayette, IN.
2019
Changes® outpatient locations open in Cedar Park, TX, Solon, OH and Parker, CO.
Innovations® outpatient location opens in Arlington, TX.
2020
Springstone opens its second Phoenix facility in Gilbert, AZ.
