Our mission is to create a more equitable society by closing the academic and career opportunity gap for motivated young people from underserved and/or historically excluded communities. Each year, SEO programs serve more than 6,000 young people across America. Our committed team of over 200 people values putting people first, passion in pursuit of our life-altering mission for our program participants, the highest standard of impact at all times, and a fearlessness in the continuous improvement of our programming that actively bridges the education and career opportunity for the next generation of our world’s leaders
Company History
Since 1963, SEO has been an innovator in education, mentorship, peer-to-peer support, the delivery of excellence, and the leveraging of diverse networks and communities to turn untapped potential into newfound greatness, resulting in a more equitable society. Our six distinct programs have made a lifetime of achievement possible for our global alumni network of more than 19,000 accomplished and rising leaders in virtually every industry, who proudly represent the promise of our investment in today's SEO participants.
