Snohomish County 911 (SC911) is a consolidated 911 Dispatch Center providing Police/Sheriff, Fire and EMS services to all of Snohomish County. We are one of the largest Centers in the State processing around 820,000 calls annually and supporting 43 Police/Sheriff and Fire/EMS agencies.

Snohomish County 911 is governed by a Board of Directors and funded through E-911 tax revenue and assessment fees paid by our member agencies.

Company History

Snohomish County 911 was created in 2018 with the merger of two Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPS) SNOCOM and SNOPAC.

The agency also added Snohomish County Emergency Radio System (SERS) in 2019. Snohomish County 911 is proud to serve the community and our member agencies.
