Senior Care Centers of America, along with its sister corporation Active Day, is the nation’s premier provider of adult day health services and in-home personal care. With approximately 80 locations in the country, Senior Care/Active Day is the largest provider of adult day health services in the United States. Our adult day health centers and in-home personal care provide a preferred alternative to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other institutional long term care facilities for individuals who need assistance during the day or to delay the onset of chronic diseases. Our programs offer an intensive medical care management model to meet the needs of elderly and disabled adults and their caregivers, in the most cost effective way in the long term care industry.
