Company Overview
The City of Seattle municipal government consists of three branches: the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial. These three branches of the government work to provide the citizens of Seattle various infrastructure services for the improvement of their quality of life. The Municipal Court comprises the Judicial Branch of Seattle City government.
The Municipal Court of Seattle is a limited jurisdiction Court, authorized under the Revised Code of Washington 35.20, with jurisdiction over all violations of the Seattle Municipal Code.
