Working holistically, RSP Architects proactively manages their clients' real estate portfolios and excels at finding efficiencies through design to create inviting, sustainable, productive environments.
Our teams provide traditional architectural design services; tenant improvement and workspace strategies; planning and facility management analytics; and employee-centric experiential strategy and design. Our clients are category leaders in the corporate, retail, government, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, institutional, science and technology industries. Throughout our 35 year history, RSP Architects has maintained long-term relationships and earned awards and accolades from our clients.
RSP Architects is headquartered in Minneapolis and has offices in Phoenix, AZ; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Chicago, IL; Rochester, MN; Bangalore, India; and Tianjin, China. In India, the firm operates under the name Alexander Architects Pvt. Ltd.
RSP is a study of contrasts: we are a big firm that feels small. We work internationally, yet are grounded in the local community. Our projects range in size from the very large and complex to the very small and relatively simple. We work in close-knit teams, yet all 290+ of us come together monthly to share, learn and celebrate. We are young, middle aged and older. Our teams reflect this diversity, blending experienced veterans with intern architects. While it sounds cliché, RSP is like a big family. Our culture is casual and inclusive.
