Company Overview

ReGeneration Schools is a non-profit charter management organization that oversee three public-charter schools on the Southside of Chicago, Illinois servicing 1500 elementary students: CICS Avalon, CICS Basil, and CICS Washington Park. In 2012 all three campuses performed in the bottom 17% of the state. By 2015 we were ranked in the top ten for schools serving 90% and above low income, African American students. We seek to make a larger impact by growing to 10 schools by 2020. Although we’ve made great gains, we know our work is not complete. We are committed to ensuring all students are prepared to attend and succeed in high school and beyond. For us to make these gains in this movement, we recruit for the most talented, highly qualified teachers, school leaders, and support staff throughout the nation.
