Since the pandemic, the demand for food delivery and ghost kitchens has risen exponentially. However as cities reopen, there is still a need for brick and mortar restaurants where people can dine-in. Partake was created as a solution to both these needs. Partake is the first of its kind - part ghost kitchen, food hall, test kitchen, and retail space. Our facility has kitchens available for short term rental or long term lease by restaurant concepts who want to operate with the ghost kitchen model. In addition to kitchens, our facility features a food hall and retail space featuring goods from local vendors as well as our on-site operators. Customers can order from our kitchens and receive their orders in our designated pick-up area, with the option to dine on-site in our dining room.
