Open Door Community Health Centers was founded in 1971 and exists to provide health care and education to residents of Humboldt county, Del Norte county and surrounding rural areas.
Open Door provides health care services in Primary Medical Care, Pediatric Services, Chronic Illness Management, Dental, Pregnancy, Prenatal services and more.
Through example, education, and participation in the health care community, Open Door seeks to promote the development of a health care system which meets the needs and enhances the health of all the individuals in our communities.
