OHIO UNIVERSITY BENEFITS-ADMINISTRATIVE (based on $75,000 salary)
o Competitive Compensation and Benefits
o No FICA deduction. Only Medicare Tax deduction.
o Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, vision, employee dental plan with monthly premiums based on salary. For $75,000 salary: $48 single - $95 single+1 - $143 family
o Prescription drug plan with retail (30-day supply) co-pays of $10 generic, $20 brand, $30 non-formulary and mail order (90-day supply) co-pays of $15 generic, $35 brand, $45 non-formulary.
o Health benefits eligibility for children through age 23 if a full time student, and through age 25 if a full time student for additional $50 monthly premium.

University contribution to pension of 10% - 13.25% of gross salary depending on pension choice. Employee retirement contribution of 10%. Immediate vesting in employee and employer contribution to defined contribution plan. No Social Security Insurance payments.
o Deferred Compensation Plan, 403(b) and 457. Employees can contribute an additional $15,000-$22,000 every year
o Education Benefits. Instructional fees for employee, spouse and children for most undergraduate and graduate classes.
