And a long tradition of providing medical care in a comfortable and convenient environment means peace of mind for the thousands of patients that are cared for by the doctors and nurses at Northwest Texas Healthcare System each year.

In May 1996, Northwest Texas Healthcare System was re-established as a for-profit hospital of Universal Health Services, Inc., of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, the nation's third largest hospital management company. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, with the distinction of "Commendation" on two consecutive surveys, and licensed by the state Regulatory Affairs Department.
