Company Overview
Northwest Leadership Associates' core work is to assist local school districts in recruiting, screening, and selecting new superintendents. We also provide high quality consulting services to school districts for team building, school board development, strategic planning, and management reviews.
Since 1999, we have conducted over 120 superintendent searches for school districts in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We have worked with school districts and communities with enrollments ranging from under 200 to over 20,000 students.
