NorthStar VETS, formerly Veterinary Surgical and Diagnostic Specialists, began in 2000 as a mobile surgery practice and has grown into a comprehensive referral center today.
Our new name, NorthStar VETS, is a reflection of the path that we have chosen and better represents the breadth of services we now offer. With your partnership, we continue to be inspired and graciously accept the daily challenge to improve emergency, trauma and specialty care for companion animals.
NorthStar VETS is a growing specialty and emergency trauma hospital dedicated to exceeding our client’s expectations in our delivery of Acupuncture, Cardiology, Emergency and Trauma, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Theriogenology, and Radioiodine (I-131).
NorthStar VETS works as an extension of, and in collaboration with, the family veterinarian. We are available 24/7/365.
NorthStar VETS offers a unique experience through our intimate, personalized care of the client and patient. Adding to the idea of highly attentive care, the facility maintains a higher-than-average support staff to doctor ratio which has been proven to facilitate the successful delivery of efficient, quality service to patients, pet owners and referring veterinarians.
