Our Restaurants
It’s not just PERi-PERi that comes all the way from Southern Africa. Next time you visit one of our restaurants, take a look around. The art and decor, the music, the energy–it all speaks to our homeland’s heritage. Each restaurant is uniquely designed by location, from furniture and design to light fixtures and art work. With over 21,000 pieces (and counting!), we’re officially the biggest collector of Southern African contemporary art in the world. We like to think of Afro-Luso as PERi-PERi for the ears. It’s a collection of fresh and contemporary African and Lusophone music from far and wide.
Company History
PERi-PERi Pros Since 1987
A few centuries later, in 1987, it was the same PERi-PERi sauce that inspired Fernando Duarte to invite his buddy Robbie Brozin to a small Portuguese eatery in Rosettenville, South Africa, to try some PERi-PERi marinated chicken. In his own words: "I knew nothing about the food business, I just knew that it was the best chicken I had ever tasted."
