In 2014, MUFG integrated the operations of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ

institutional customers in the United States, Canada, and Latin America by
offering expanded global capabilities.
In the Americas, we serve our corporate, commercial and investment banking customers under the MUFG brand, and our retail and wealth customers under the Union Bank brand.
Headquartered in Tokyo, MUFG is a global network with 1,100 offices in more
than 40 countries, more than 140,000 colleagues, and about 300 companies.
