Company Overview
Mesa County Valley School District 51 is located in beautiful western Colorado and the area provides outdoor recreation all year long. The Grand Junction area has some of the best mountain biking trails in Colorado and world-class ski slopes are just a short drive away at Snowmass Mountain in Aspen where they have the annual Winter X Games.
We have over 40 schools divided into 5 communities and are the valley’s largest employer. District 51 is an ever-growing district that is exploring and utilizing the best methods to teach our students such as the D51 Learning Model.
