Since 1979, Legacy International equips emerging leaders to transform their values and vision into sustainable success. Training professionals in for–profit and non–profit sectors with an emphasis on creating new employment opportunities and supporting critical social ventures is a foundation for all programming. Legacy staff and its Teams of Excellence (TM) design customized training programs that increase the potential for success and foster values of social entrepreneurship.
Annually we train over 300 individuals who generate community impact projects improving services and lives across the globe. Over time, this human investment grows and expands as the lifelong commitment to social innovation is seeded during exchanges and immersive trainings.

For over 40 years, Legacy has helped change the lives of more than 750,000 people around the world through our programs and the initiatives created by our alumni. We are most proud of the lasting positive impact our program participants have made in their communities— educating citizens, increasing youth participation in problem solving, promoting cross-sector collaboration, and addressing critical issues on a local level.
