Company Overview
For 40 years, the non-profit Lake Association has owned and operated the Lake facilities. Lake Mission Viejo Association (LMVA) is a non-profit corporation consisting of nearly 25,000 residential property owners within the planned community of Mission Viejo, California. LMVA, as the Master Association owns and operates the Lake facilities, which includes approximately 124 surface acres of water and 50 acres of land, including two beaches and parks, a marina, parking facilities, multiple boat docks, a dam, offices, and a Clubhouse. Our member amenities include picnicking, swimming, sunning, boating (kayaking, sailing, stand up paddle boarding, party boats and more), fishing, clubhouse rental, special events and summer concerts.
