Henderson Properties has grown from 1 Community in 1998 to 98 Single Family, Townhome and Condominium communities today. During that same period, our staff has increased from 1 employee to 45.
In addition to our corporate office in Charlotte, Henderson Properties also has offices in Lake Norman, Union County, and Ft. Mill, SC.
Henderson Properties is active in the community through our participation in JDRF Walk For A Cure and the Second Harvest Community Food Drive. We were also a participant in the Charlotte project of the Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
