Company History
After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1980, Rick Workman, DMD, established a thriving practice that became the model for the largest group practice in the Midwest - Heartland Dental Care.
Now one of the leading dental service organizations in the United States with over 436 affiliated practices in 25 states, Heartland Dental Care provides dentists and team members’ leadership and support through continuing education and services such as staffing, human resources, purchasing, marketing, administration, financial and information technology.
