This is an exciting time to be at Health Care for the Homeless! The Affordable Care Act and Medicaid Expansion in Maryland is enabling unparalleled access to health care for our clients. Beginning in January 1, 2014 the percentage of Medicaid insured HCH visits from our clients increased to 70%. We are expanding capacity to meet this growth in several mission-critical areas of our agency.
