Company History
Located in southeastern Minnesota, along the Mississippi River, Goodhue County’s landscape is adorned by bluffs and water which offer its residents both recreation and beauty. The County seat of Red Wing is home to an abundance of outdoor activities, historic sites, and the world famous Red Wing Boots and Pottery. Goodhue County encompasses 764 square miles which includes ten cities, twenty one townships, and is home to an estimated 46,464 residents. Nearly all of the Prairie Island Indian Community is located within Goodhue County.
A rich sense of culture is displayed through art and theatre, as well as the many historical landmarks throughout the area. Medical services and facilities, provided by the Mayo Clinic, offer the community dynamic healthcare with a personal touch. While still providing all of the resources of a larger community, Goodhue County creates a small town atmosphere making it a wonderful place for anyone to call home.
