Working exclusively through independent agents, FCCI provides automobile, crime, general liability, inland marine, property, commercial and contract surety, umbrella, workers’ compensation and agribusiness/farmowners insurance coverage to more than 23,000 business insurance customers. Established in 1959 and rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company, FCCI is committed to carefully planned growth while providing financial strength and dependability for agents and policyholders. FCCI is headquartered in Sarasota, Fla. and has regional offices in Duluth, Ga.; Carmel, Ind.; Ridgeland, Miss.; and Richardson, Texas.

FCCI’s Total Rewards Program offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees. Benefit plans include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short and long term disability coverage. We have a generous Paid Time Off program that gives our employees great flexibility in addition to 11 paid holidays per year. Upon hire, FCCI employees are eligible to participate in a 401k program and receive a company match of 50% up to 8% of employee contributions. In addition, FCCI has a Profit Sharing program that, based on the company’s financial results, may provide a discretionary contribution to our eligible employees’ 401(k) accounts.
Employees are eligible for certification bonuses for select designations and degrees, and well as leadership training and other in-house and web-based training seminars.
