When Dale Dekker, Steve Perich, and Bill Sabatini formed Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, they focused on their individual strengths and complementary skills to create places that stimulate our communities. Today, we continue to promote each individual’s strengths in order to provide exceptional service to our clients and help each other succeed.
Our open office environment and small studio organization promote collaboration and flexibility. From entry-level to leadership, all our people are working together, learning from each other, and steering D/P/S in new directions.
