CSS Farms
Company Overview
At CSS Farms, we grow potatoes and other vegetables. Today we have nine farms across seven states—several grow chip potatoes, several grow seed potatoes, and a few grow other vegetables and small grains. In addition, we oversee Tasteful Selections, a joint-venture which supplies the best varieties of potatoes directly to supermarkets across the US.
Each of our farms and Tasteful Selections is run by a general manager who operates fairly independently. Altogether, we have 150 full-time employees and another 150 part-time and seasonal staff. We have a few corporate employees in Watertown, South Dakota and a few in Kearney, Nebraska. We have been growing rapidly and anticipate the growth to continue.
