The community is located 46 miles north of downtown Denver on the I-25 Corridor. Nestled in a valley at the entrance to the Big Thompson Canyon with a short ride to Rocky Mountain National Park, Loveland is known as the “Sweetheart City.” Loveland’s education and income levels are above national averages and the community has received many awards and recognitions for its quality of life.
