Benefits

In addition to a generous paid vacation policy, employees may take three (3) personal days per year to be used as they wish. Bel also offers paid maternity and paternity leave and 401k matching, 11 paid holidays, and even Pet Insurance!
Bel employees are eligible to participate in the Bel USA “Stay Well with Bel” wellness program, which encourages employees to take charge of their own well-being. To support personal wellness goals, Bel will reimburse employees a maximum of $400 per year.
Upon completion of one year of service, employees become eligible for the Education Assistance Program.
Bel is a company which invests in its employee’s development, including leadership development, training to support functional expertise and job skills, as well as e-learning for personal development.
