Company Overview

Kittitas Valley Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes 24-hour emergency care, inpatient, and outpatient hospital services through KVH Hospital. Clinics and specialty services are also an important part of the care provided by KVH. Clinics include family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, women’s health, and urgent care. Specialty services provide home health, home respiratory, hospice, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and a geriatric nurse practitioner program. The broader medical community includes pediatrics, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, a Federally Qualified Health Center and a variety of specialty outreach services from Virginia Mason Medical Center (neurosurgery consults, pacemaker clinic) and Yakima County (sleep disorders, oncology).


Out of greater than 1,300 Critical Access Hospitals across the nation, KVH Hospital was named a ‘Top 100’ CAH in each of the two surveys (2011 and 2013) conducted by iVantage Health Analytics in conjunction with the National Rural Health Association. . In November 2013, the National Rural Health Association named the top 20 hospitals from this list, which included KVH Hospital.
