The Port of Virginia is the state’s leading agency for international transportation and maritime commerce. The agency is charged with enhancing economic wellbeing for the Commonwealth by marketing and operating six general cargo marine terminals, Norfolk International Terminals, Portsmouth Marine Terminal, Newport News Marine Terminal, APM Terminals in Portsmouth, Port of Richmond and Virginia Inland Port in Front Royal, all of which are operated by its affiliate, Virginia International Terminals, LLC.
