The VP, Workforce Planning will be a mission-aligned value creator, who deeply understands PSJH’s operational strategies and meaningfully contributes to its success. The successful candidate will focus on strategic workforce planning, development, and management, organizational health, the caregiver experience, and effective labor relations. They will also be a data scientist, using workforce data to help PSJH achieve the Quadruple Aim.; partnering with leaders across the     system to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our PSJH workforce (clinical and administrative); and ensure appropriate dashboards are in place to ensure local leaders can measure performance regularly and             understanding the global and detailed analytics behind what is driving success or needed improvement.

Requirements

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

¨ Master’s degree from a recognized college or university in Strategy, Business, Healthcare Administration or a closely relate field; seven (7) years of business management experience with strong financial and operational background performing or managing workforce management projects to include experience in a healthcare environment.

¨ Ability to travel to visit multiple regions (average of 25% travel) to meet with regional, facility and departmental leadership; proven track record of success at achieving big outcomes on broad-reaching, complex projects
