Due to exciting rapid growth and increased demand for our Data Privacy Compliance platform, OneTrust is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist.

Working on the People Solutions and Services team, you will play a key role in managing compensation and benefit programs that will keep our people happy and healthy. You will help design benefit programs and ensure competitive total rewards programs. This role will touch the lives of every OneTrust employee!

What You Will Do:

Global Compensation Administration

  • Perform market analysis of all new positions, including assisting with job description documentation
  • Perform an annual review of existing salary ranges and recommend updates
  • Manage annual survey submissions
  • Manage our salary increase program, including providing guidance to managers and executives
  • Administer of compensation module of Workday
  • Collaborate with recruiters, mobility specialist, and HRBPs on compensation-related items
  • Recommend appropriate salary survey sources for our industry and size
  • Assist with sales incentive plans as needed

Global Benefits Administration

  • Manage all new hire, life event, and open enrollment events, including managing Workday benefits module, and being primary contact for employee questions
  • Assist with plan design, renewals, and cost analysis
  • Manage the relationships with our broker and carriers
  • Manage Leave of absence programs, including workers compensation and state programs, and counsel employees on the appropriate usage
  • Manage 401(k) retirement program and global pension programs
  • ACA administration in US

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state and global leave of absence regulations
  • Knowledge of/exposure to sales incentive planning strongly preferred
  • Workday experience highly desired
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline with excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for learning and continuous professional improvement
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
