We are looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to drive the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy for H2M Group.   The Technical Recruiter will work with H2M Group hiring managers to identify requirements and candidates to fill those requirements.   To be successful in this role, the Technical Recruiter establishes sound relationships with H2M Group managers and candidates, creates recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, understands industry best practices, develops a strong network of passive candidates, works collaboratively with the H2M team and creates robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry.   This position is on a fast-paced cohesive team. Candidates must demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to the overall success of the business.   Other duties include consulting with business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines, and other H2M Group Human Resource processes.   Candidate must have an excellent reputation at candidate generation and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and provide amazing customer service. Candidate must have knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Intelligence Community as well as the government contracting industry. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience 
• Experience building and executing recruiting plans for a client group and possess excellent customer service skills
• 3+ years recruiting experience
• Experience with online sourcing techniques and up to date on all recruiting technology
• Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
• Proven track record of delivering hiring results and ability to communicate and qualify recruitment metrics
• Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi-task
• Capability to utilize and exploit a variety of resources to target cleared candidates with specialized technical expertise, i.e., social media and web-based initiatives, job fairs, networking and commonly used job boards.
• Engage in “out of the box” thinking to identify and attract candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies proven effective in a competitive industry.
• Prescreen candidates, provide candidate summaries to hiring managers, coordinate and follow up on interviews and lead remaining hiring/closing efforts.
• Manage and update candidate activity in an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Follow up with an address candidate questions throughout the process.
• Update report of weekly candidate activity; provide input for other reporting.
• Experience collaborating with teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security Clearance not required, but the candidate will go through security clearance process
• US Citizenship required.

• Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
• Strong analytics with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Excellent skills managing people and measuring data
• Strong mentoring skills
• Experience recruiting highly-cleared candidates
• Strong understanding in security clearance requirements specific to the Intelligence Community
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
