KBR is seeking a talented, customer-focused Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for fueling the rapid growth of our organization.

In this position you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for cleared positions in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Day to day support may vary, but the typical Department of Defense customers and Federal Agencies you will support include Army, Navy, Air Force, Intelligence Community, Defense Health Agency, Federal Aviation Administration and Defense Information Systems Agency. You will function as a member of the Human Resources team and be responsible for executing strategies that support the organization’s hiring needs. Bring fresh ideas to help market KBR positions to targeted talent populations. Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years of recruiting experience; a minimum of 3 years must be in full lifecycle recruitment of

cleared candidates from TS to TS/SCI Full Scope Poly.

- Strong sourcing expertise is required.

- Experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.

- Additional Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for the Intel Community is highly preferred.

- General working knowledge of related HR disciplines.

- Familiarity with government regulations in primary area of specialization.

- Strong analytical skills/problem-solving skills.

- PC application software skills, specifically spreadsheet and word processing skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.

- Strong customer service orientation (i.e., listening, follow-through, willingness to help).

- Ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments
