Overall Assignment Description: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, and possess proven success recruiting active and passive candidates. The selected individual will need to have knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices, experience recruiting for DOD and IC positions, and experience building, implementing, and managing social media for recruiting.


  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Networks and sources for potential candidates using traditional and nontraditional resources, such as; job boards, employee referrals, social media, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Researches new sourcing tools and technologies to increase number qualified applicants and time to fill efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of position specifications, duties, qualifications and requirements
  • Manage professional level requisitions for cleared personnel
  • Collaborate and interface with various levels of internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates
  • Support proposal efforts by identifying key personnel and extending contingent offers
  • Generate and report on recruitment metrics to management team


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 - 8 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting in engineering, financial & technical positions for IC & DOD customers.
  • Experience sourcing within LinkedIn, various subscription databases and other media sources.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment regulations & EEOC compliance and monitoring.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, superior verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
