We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our HR Business Partner team to help us attract and hire rock stars, and manage our recruiting process to ensure an optimal experience for the candidate, hiring manager, and organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate/post open position information internally and externally
  • Screen active applicants in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) based on position specifications
  • Source passive candidates by interacting on social media and professional networks (Boolean searches, mining LinkedIn networks,
  • Conduct initial phone screens using screening
  • Schedule phone and on-site interviews cross functionally and support day-of coordination, travel arrangements,
  • Ongoing updates and maintenance of Welch's online presence that supports recruitment marketing and EVP
  • Manage position requisition tracking, time and cost to fill metrics, sourcing data and other key performance
  • Manage internship programs, leveraging alumni within Welch's and coordinating with local higher education
  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Other projects as identified to support the HR team

 Who You Are:

  • A passionate professional who can effectively represent the company and be the initial contact for candidates
  • A process and detail oriented individual who is comfortable working with hiring managers at all levels of the organization
  • An excellent communicator who can build excitement for our brand and career opportunities while being credible and business-focused
  • Someone who embraces urgency and thrives working at a fast pace (time to fill positions is a critical metric)
  • An early career recruiter or HR professional who is interested in learning about all areas of our business to effectively support finding the right candidates

What You'll Need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment - perhaps you've done an internship, perhaps you've done parts of the process and are ready to expand to full cycle, perhaps you've been focused in one functional area and would like to broaden to all areas of a business, perhaps you work at a search firm or RPO and would like to be in-house
  • Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, human resources, or related would be ideal)
