Talent Acquisition Strategist

Penn State Human Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced talent acquisition professional to play a vital role in developing, executing and measuring strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent to the University. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on the development of candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, marketing and branding campaigns, candidate experience initiatives, workforce recruitment programs as well as additional projects to support the development of functional processes. The Talent Acquisition Strategist is also responsible for analyzing recruiting trends for attracting the best talent through ongoing research and leverages data to build and expand metrics that measure effectiveness and ROI of associated programs. Required experience includes: providing consultation and education to recruiters and hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and best practices, proficient use of tools and technology to develop pipelines, communities and networks within talent acquisition and experience in communicating and working in a matrixed environment in order to drive recruitment solutions across an organization. Experience with creating customized talent acquisition strategies is preferred
