The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating and deploying talent strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of clinical and/or non-clinical staff. Serves as a representative at agencies, universities and other functions. This position will be responsible for talent acquisition responsibilities for Johns Hopkins Health Care.
Day Shift
40 hours per week
Work Location: Johns Hopkins Health Care in Hanover, Maryland
Minimum Qualifications:
Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and three years recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing and developing recruitment plans. Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as professional presentation skills are required for this position. Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, complex organization. Experience recruiting in the health insurance industry is strongly preferred.
