As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for their teams. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great talent will enable you to help hire top diverse candidates who will thrive in our organization. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.


In this specific role, you will directly support assigned clients in the Administration line of business (Compliance, Audit, Risk, Finance, Legal and HR) in the US. Your focus will be on entry through senior level hiring with a responsibility to develop relationships (at all levels) and drive the TA strategy for the Administration line of business globally.





To be successful, you'll need to:

  • Think like an owner in filling open roles in a timely, cost effective and qualitative manner

  • Be curious about business objectives and understand how you can contribute by bringing the right talent to the organization

  • Enjoy collaboration and being a true partner

  • Come up with innovative ideas to attract diverse talent pools and select the best for BBH

Your profile:

You have proven experience (7-10 years) in end to end recruiting, ideally in financial services, gained in fast-paced, matrix organizations. You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change. You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You are hands on in filling requisitions, while you also think strategically and drive qualitative initiatives.
