We have an immediate opening for a remote Talent Acquisition Partner (or can be located in one of our offices) to join our HR Team in a fast paced, exciting and fun environment. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with all business units to drive strategic recruitment needs.  Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the position will be three-fold: 1) focusing on building talent acquisition programs including processes, strategies, programs, and technology; 2) performing hands-on, full life-cycle recruitment, partnering with business leaders across multiple business units to fill vacancies and meet staffing needs; and 3) providing mentorship, guidance, development, and coaching to the team on recruitment processes and practices.

This position requires 25% travel.


Building Talent Acquisition Strategies & Programs

You will have the opportunity to be creative and build talent acquisition strategies and programs. This will include Employment Branding, Recruitment Event Strategies, Social Media Marketing Strategies, Employee Referral Program, Internship Program, to name just a few.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

You will have the opportunity to partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting and talent strategies. This will allow you exposure to multiple groups of people at all levels across the organization and in various Naylor locations in the US.

Recruitment Processes & Best Practices

You will have the opportunity to develop recruitment processes and implement best practices to continuously improve and enhance the staffing experience at Naylor. This will allow you to explore new ways of doing things by keeping up to date on industry trends. As a result, you will make a significant impact to the business and grow as a Recruiter.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful full-life cycle recruiter delivering best-in-class recruitment strategies with strong knowledge in employment law


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related area preferred
