Raptor Technologies is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven person to join our rapidly growing team as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This newly created position will report to the SVP and head of Human Resources and focus on building a high-performance employee base. This dynamic team player will not only focus on the current and immediate need of filling positions as they open (reactive), but will also:

  • Embark on proactive recruiting engagements and build a pipeline for key positions.
  • Streamline the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Invigorate the Employee Referral Program.
  • Develop an active recruitment network.
  • Create and grow a university co-op/ internship program.
  • Contribute to building the Raptor company brand as an employer of choice.
  • Build a meaningful Employee onboarding program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring goals, including designing and executing sourcing and research strategies to identify high potential talent for Raptor Technologies immediate and long-term needs.
  • Establish consultative relationships with Leadership to develop a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks, including facilitating interviews and leading calibration and hiring discussions.
  • Actively and creatively source via in-house tools and outside sources (referral programs, Boolean searches, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and pre-screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinating interviews.
  • Market job openings and career opportunities to potential candidates via social media and professional networks in an effort to develop candidate pipelines.
  • Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets for review and approval, presenting offers, and developing effective close strategies.
  • Develop and facilitate a robust onboarding program that introduces the Raptor Way culture.
  • Track and analyze relevant metrics to provide data-driven insights to appropriate stakeholders to include: Time to fill, Hires to goal, Quality of hire, Retention rate.
  • Represent Raptor Technologies, both internally and externally at recruitment fairs and networking functions, serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Create and grow a university co-op/ internship program.
  • Contribute to building the Raptor company brand as an employer of choice.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional, ad-hoc HR projects as they come up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years Human Resources and 5 years’ experience in a full lifecycle, corporate recruiting function.
  • Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Proficient with ATS and HRIS
