As the TA Manager, you are an experienced leader who will bring innovative thinking, the ability to influence change, and disrupt the way we are sourcing top talent to create the optimal candidate experience while creating a worry-free atmosphere for hiring managers.  You have proven leadership experience, a background in different technology enablers, and recruited for manufacturing, retail, and corporate teams.
 
As the TA Manager, you will Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners locally in Cottage Grove, Minnesota and remotely supporting a high growth, dynamic, nation-wide business.   As such, your priorities will be:
  • Realize a Best in Class Talent Acquisition Team
    • Manage the day-to-day talent acquisition operations with a focus on quality of hire, speed to hire, and candidate experience.
    • Help identify and implement a strategy to increase the employment brand for RbA, with special focus on hard to recruit geographies, niche roles, and with key pipeline groups.
    • Coach the team and hiring managers to ensure adherence to compliant recruiting and hiring practices while identifying potential solutions to challenging situations.
  • Data Analysis & Financial Responsibilities
    • Utilize multiple sources of data to analyze trends, develop and implement modifications to the recruitment processes, developing business cases, and assessing ROI for recruiting strategies.
    • Lead the team in utilizing and modeling how to interpret internal and external market data to drive meaningful insights which influence our leaders’ approach to specific requisition requirements and overall talent strategies.
    • Define KPIs to measure recruiter impact; effectively coach team to improve while leveraging their strengths.
    • Manage a budget in excess of $350,000.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Participate in defining and shaping a diverse, equitable, and inclusive strategy while developing infrastructure to deliver diverse talent pipelines that support the strategy.
    • Develop a flexible staffing model that maximizes internal resources and taps into a qualified and engaged contractor pool as volumes increased workload management; manage relationships and contract negotiations with vendors.
    • Partner with campus and community partners to build an integrated talent pipeline.
  • Innovation
    • Purposely disrupt the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with leaders and the team to evaluate technology and process gaps for creative solutions to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • Be a change agent by leading or participating in enterprise projects to drive our long-range strategic plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of five years managerial experience desired, including staff selection, performance monitoring and measurement, coaching and feedback, and delivery of rewards and recognition.
  • Working knowledge of HR with emphasis on state-of-the-art talent acquisition processes, internal HR policies, employment law and selection methodologies or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
  • Strong skills in emerging technology and processes and their application to attracting key talent.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership and influencing skills.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to building relationships, and experience working in a matrixed organization requiring superior influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills to ensure appropriate solutions address critical staffing needs.
  • Travel is required – up to a few days every month.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
