The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all aspects of the recruiting function for the organization. The role is responsible for partnering with the hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure the organization is proactively attracting and hiring the best talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving measurable results for full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and coordination.



  • Create and manage firm wide talent acquisition strategy and results for all hourly and salaried positions.

  • Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipelines using creative approaches to increase high-caliber candidate sourcing including referral generation internet sourcing, ad placement, job fairs, community outreach, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking.

  • Lead a team of internal recruiters and determine best practices for implementation and workflow.

  • Leverage and partner with outside recruitment sources and manage those relationships to augment recruiting staff.

  • Create and roll-out policies and streamline processes with outside recruitment sources including: negotiating agreements, creating approved vendor list, and tracking results.

  • Manage ATS system upgrades and roll-out to the hiring authorities while assisting with on-boarding process for all new hires.

  • Responsible for inclusiveness sourcing efforts. Attend inclusiveness events and conferences to develop and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations.  

  • Provides assistance with other human resources functions, as needed.

  • Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.

  • Additional duties as requested or required.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • 5 years of progressive responsible experience in talent acquisition is required.

  • Experience recruiting for multiple operational and support roles in collections or call center environments a plus.

  • Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems and ATS systems required, experience with ADP’s Recruiting Manager ATS a plus.

  • PHR or SHRM certification a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels in an effective, tactful and courteous manner.

  • Ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information and provide a positive image for the company in all situations.

  • Able to work independently while demonstrating excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft’s Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

  • Ability to travel to other offices, as required.
