The Talent Acquisition Associate will be directly responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of amazing candidates for roles throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Associate reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.


  • Cultivate positive relationships with hiring managers and lead hiring initiatives for assigned roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring manager and TA team to develop effective marketplace recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate, track and monitor recruiting activities against identified success goals. Track open requisitions.
  • Compose offer letters, complete appropriate pre-employment background and reference checks as required.
  • Confirm candidate credentials as required for various roles across the organization.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines through direct outreach and general information sharing.
  • Identify effective job advertisement avenues and manage job postings.
  • Screen candidates for experience and compatibility through resume review, skills assessment, and remote/ in-person interviews.
  • Actively manage applicants through the interview process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Organize and coordinate post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates.
  • Support Human Capital team as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Three years of experience in sourcing, passive candidate identification, candidate vetting and candidate development
  • Creativity in matching potential candidates to current or future job opportunities
  • Superior oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to creatively research and utilize resources to resolve problems
  • Commitment to service excellence and a proactive approach to enhancing HC processes
  • Demonstrated judgement, project management, and effective decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience using ATS platforms
  • Must track and record all hours worked.
  • Must request preapproval by your supervisor to work overtime (failing to obtain approval will result in disciplinary action)
  • Must be able to travel to career events throughout all boroughs as required.
